Digital Marketing Strategist

FifthBoston Services is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead marketing programs for clients across paid advertising, content, social, and email. You will own the strategy and execution for a portfolio of accounts, working within the FifthBoston system of tools and technology to drive measurable results for small businesses and growth-stage companies.
What you will do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of FifthBoston Services clients across paid search, paid social, organic content, and email channels
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google, and comparable channels, with a focus on lead generation and revenue outcomes
- Write, brief, and oversee the production of copy and creative assets that reflect each client's brand and speak to their specific audience
- Build and manage email marketing programs inside the Helm platform, including automation sequences, promotional sends, and performance reporting
- Deliver regular performance reports to clients with clear interpretation of results and specific recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the SVN Labs team when campaigns require landing pages, custom integrations, or technical adjustments
What we are looking for
- 3 or more years of experience managing digital marketing programs across paid and organic channels, ideally for multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to run paid advertising campaigns on Meta or Google with accountability for performance metrics such as cost per lead and return on ad spend
- Strong writing skills and the ability to produce or direct marketing copy across email, social, and ad formats
- Comfortable working inside marketing and CRM platforms and learning new tools quickly
- Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple client programs without losing track of deadlines or details
- Honest communicator who can deliver candid performance updates and recommendations to clients with confidence
